Js Horitzo Hotel - Can Picafort (Mallorca)

The view from our balcony was fantastic, but the room cleanliness was lacking, with issues of limited food variety.

Cheap room and staff is always kind and great.

The hotel offers satisfactory meal in the morning, fine food...

The staff is amicable, the breakfast very very good, the location is lovely just off all the facilities right on the doorstep and lots good bars. The rooms are comfy and cheap, equipped with central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a study table. The seaside view from the window is pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Friendly staff and beach right outside the hotel.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Despite asking for cleaning, our room was only cleaned once during our 4-night stay. The food options were limited and often cold, frustrating after long days.

hotel faces directly onto the promenade, in front of the beach. staff is friendly and breakfast buffet meets (there is quite a variety even if it is not of the highest quality).

room is in a fairly old building and would need to be renovated. doors make a lot of noise and you can hear everything through the walls. balcony is quite narrow and bathroom had damp stains on the walls and rust in the bathtub. Not all the rooms face the sea, in fact most of them face a street perpendicular to the sea with views of the hotel balconies opposite. need not be a problem, swimming pool, breakfast and reception are in other buildings nearby. hotel - and area in general - is very much oriented towards German tourism. For the price we paid we expected something much better. Probably, for a similar price, few meters away from the beach you can find better hotels.

They should be more flexible with the meal periods. The dishes were not very clean, you could find food remains on them.

The balcony view was amazing, offering fine sunsets over the beach. A highlight was the friendly staff, especially the Argentinian waiter who consistently provided excellent service. The room felt a bit cramped and could use a refresh, and the cleanliness left something to be desired as it was only tidied up once . Dinner options were somewhat limited, lacking variety and freshness.

Excellent location, right on the beach and close to shops

In dining room, they made up tables of 4, sitting you with people you do not know and often of a differenct nationality. If you request it and are happy to eat later they will however accommodate you on your own table.

The beach is right outside the hotel, making it convenient for sunbathing and swimming.

The dinner selection was very limited and the food was generally cold and not appealing.

I had a lovely stay with a beautiful pool area and good food options, but the air con was a bit disappointing. Would definitely return!

Rooms can feel cramped. Despite the lovely staff, the ambiance is somewhat tired and could use a refresh.

The breakfast here includes a great selection of fresh bread and cakes. 🍞.

This hotel is a clean and great value spot with an amazing location close to a lovely beach and all the shops and restaurants just steps away, making our stay truly enjoyable.

Great beachfront location. Extremely kind and helpful staff - Maria, Vicent, and Fatou. Hot showers and cool air-conditioned rooms. Good quality and varied food options. Lovely balcony with sea view. Clean rooms and friendly reception staff. Convenient parking nearby. Enjoyable breakfast on the outdoor terrace.
